Space planning is the layout stage: we translate how your business operates into an efficient floor plan. It typically covers circulation and flow, square-footage allocation, placement of workstations, retail zones, storage, washrooms and reception, plus code requirements like egress and barrier-free access. Deliverables are measured floor plans and layout options, refined through revisions before finishes or construction begin.

For a defined space, initial layout options are often ready within one to two weeks of a site measure and requirements meeting, with revisions following. Full projects run longer: a light renovation with layout changes commonly takes three to six months through design, permits and construction, while a raw-shell build-out can run nine to twelve months. Space planning itself is an early, fast phase.
